Maintaining a wine register, the memory of your wine cellar

As the years go by, your wine collection will grow. Large collections can contain several hundreds of bottles. It is thus necessary to record and maintain a wine register, the real "memory" of your wine cellar. Climadiff wine cellars with full doors have an integrated wine register inside the door (a Climadiff innovation). Without this integrated register, an additional wine register should be kept.
The wine register is used to record the following information for each wine: entry date, number of bottles, year of production, estimated date for ideal consumption, purchase price (optional) and of course, the location of the bottles within the cellar. You can also add other information such as your wine tasting notes and comments.
