The winter system, a standard feature on every models, is used to maintain the ideal temperature for ageing wine cellars installed in buildings with room temperatures that can drop to between +10°C and 0°C. With excellent insulation (5 cm) and two high-quality mechanical thermostats equipped with interior and exterior temperature sensors , temperatures can be regulated to meet the harshest exterior conditions: +40°C to 0°C.
