Secure aging:
The MILLESIME140D cellar features a triple glazed door with low-emissivity glass that provides high performance insulation, as well as a lock. These cellars are equipped with a remotely controllable system that sends alerts to a smartphone or tablet in case of temperature change, need to replace the charcoal filter or a door left open.
Temperature control:
This cellar is equipped with a double temperature zone system, which makes it suitable for both the preservation and the temperature control of wines. The upper zone of the MILLESIME140D cellar offers an operating range of 5°C to 12°C, while the lower zone can operate from 12°C to 20°C. The advantage of having different temperature zones is that you can store different types of wine at different temperatures to keep them in the best conditions. For example, red wines should be stored at a slightly higher temperature than white and sparkling wines, which helps preserve their aromas and quality. Thanks to the app, you can optimize the arrangement of your wine bottles in the cellar to ensure an even temperature.
Inventoru management:
The MILLESIME140D wine cellar offers an exceptional wine storage experience with its innovative connected features. You can manage your bottle inventory remotely using the Vinotag app, which allows you to view your bottle locations and receive real-time alerts on your bottles' stock levels and peak date.
Premium equipment:
The integrated LED side lighting provides an exceptional view of your collection, adding a modern and sophisticated touch to your wine cellar. It highlights each bottle for an elegant presentation and allows you to observe all the details of your collection with precision.
The cellars in the range are equipped with 4 solid, decay-resistant sapele wood shelves that can be slid to allow storage upside down or with a view of the wine bottle labels. This method of storage is ideal for preserving wine over a long period of time.
The multi-position racks allow you to personalise your wine storage with a display of your best labels. Store your wine bottles in your own image.
They are also equipped with a discreet integrated handle, a carbon filter, a class F and a low noise level of 38 decibels. In addition, the racks are available as accessories.
High-end connected aging wine cellar MILLESIME140D
Capacity:
The MILLESIME140D aging cellar is able to store up to 138 bottles of wine while reproducing the conservation conditions of a natural cellar. It allows the wine to be aged in the best possible conditions and in complete safety, until its peak. The storage capacity of the wine cellar is expressed in the number of standard 750 ml bottles, here the MILLESIME140D offers 66 bottles for the upper area and 72 bottles for the lower area.
Accessories included:
The wine cellar is equipped with 2 solid sapele wood shelves that allow bottles to be stored in an upside-down position, as well as 2 multi-position shelves to optimise storage capacity (upside-down storage) or to promote the display of labels (sideways storage). This offers great flexibility to showcase your wines. The shelves are sliding and have a safety device to prevent them from tipping over. Sapelli shelves are known for their ability to absorb vibrations, which guarantees optimal conservation of the wine by reducing the risk of turbidity. They also ensure a homogeneous air circulation for an efficient ventilation and a stable temperature in the whole cellar.
You will also find 2 adjustable feet, each 1.5 cm high, for perfect stability of your wine cellar, as well as 2 castors for easy mobility. In addition, 1 activated carbon filter is included, which guarantees a clean air circulation inside the cellar and preserves the quality of your wine. The wine cellar is also equipped with an LED light (white) with switch for better visibility of your bottles, as well as a digital LCD thermometer to monitor the temperature of your wine in real time.
Hygrometry:
For an optimal aging of the wine, it is essential to have a controlled hygrometry, i.e. a humidity level maintained between 50% and 80%, in order to prevent the corks from drying out and compromising the quality of the wine.
Quiet and controlled cooling system:
Equipped with a compressor cooling system, allowing a constant temperature, humidity control and a low noise level, 38 decibels, this wine cellar is durable, easy to install and offers an efficient preservation solution for all types of wine.
Enhanced security:
Visual and audible alarms are directly present on the cellar, and can be programmed on the Vinotag app remotely and in real time.
The MILLESIME140D wine cellar is also equipped with an anti-vibration system to protect the contents. The gray tempered glass door of the wine cellar is equipped with triple low-e glass with a built-in UV filter, ensuring a stable temperature inside and protecting the wine bottles from UV rays to preserve their quality and flavor, not to mention the child safety system for a lock on the control panel.
