This cellar has two temperature zones (5°C-12°C for the upper zone and 12°C-20°C for the lower zone) so you can monitor and control your wine collection remotely using the Vinotag app.

Safe ageing:

The MILLESIME190DB cellar guarantees secure ageing thanks to its triple-glazed door with "low-e glass" technology, which provides high-quality insulation, and its integrated lock. These cellars can be monitored remotely and send alerts to a smartphone or tablet in the event of temperature variations, the need to replace the charcoal filter, or if a door is left open.

Temperature control :

The MILLESIME190DB dual-zone wine cellar has two separate compartments. The upper zone offers an operating temperature range of 5°C to 12°C, while the lower zone maintains a range of 12°C to 20°C. This dual-zone configuration allows you to keep different types of wine at temperatures that are ideal for preserving their flavour and quality. For example, it allows you to keep red wines at a slightly higher temperature than white and sparkling wines. Thanks to a dedicated application, you can organise your wine collection in the best possible way, maximising the space available and avoiding any undesirable temperature variations.

Wine register management:

The MILLESIME190DB wine cellar offers an exceptional wine storage experience. It's possible to use the Vinotag app to manage your bottle inventory remotely, and this app also offers the ability to view your bottle locations and receive alerts about your stock and peak dates.

Premium equipment:

An addition of contemporary sophistication to your wine cellar is provided by the integrated LED lighting on each side, showcasing your collection in an exceptional way. The cellar range is fitted with five solid sapelli wood shelves, known for their resistance to deterioration. These shelves are designed to slide out, making it possible to store bottles of wine upside down or to make the labels more visible. This method of storage is ideal for preserving the quality of your wine over the long term.The multi-purpose shelves offer the possibility of personalising your wine storage by showcasing your most outstanding labels, allowing you to store your bottles according to your preferences.What's more, this cellar features a discreet integrated handle, a charcoal filter, is classified as category F in terms of energy efficiency and emits a low noise level of 37 decibels.

Capacity:

The MILLESIME190DB ageing wine cellar is capable of storing up to 193 bottles of wine while reproducing the conservation conditions of a natural wine cellar. In this way, it allows wine to age safely in optimum conditions until it reaches its peak.

The cellar's storage capacity is expressed in terms of the number of standard 750 ml bottles. In this case, the MILLESIME190DB holds 88 bottles in the upper section and 105 bottles in the lower section.

Accessories included:

The wine cellar is equipped with 3 solid sapele wood shelves for storing bottles in an upside-down position, as well as 2 multi-position shelves for optimising storage capacity (upside-down storage) or for displaying labels (side storage). This gives you great flexibility when it comes to showcasing your wines. The shelves are sliding and have a safety device to prevent them from tipping over. Sapelli shelves are renowned for their ability to absorb vibrations, ensuring optimum preservation of the wine and reducing the risk of turbidity. They also ensure even air circulation for effective ventilation and a stable temperature throughout the cellar.

To ensure that your wine cellar is perfectly stable, it comes with 2 adjustable feet, each 1.5 cm high, and 2 castors for easy mobility when you need to move the cellar. An active charcoal filter is included in the wine cellar to ensure clean air circulation inside, and preserve the quality of your wine. The wine cellar also features a white LED light with a switch for easy viewing of your bottles.

Humidity :

To ensure optimal ageing of the wine, it is crucial to maintain a controlled humidity level of between 50% and 80% to prevent the corks from drying out and affecting the quality of the wine.

Silent, controlled cooling system:

The MILLESIME190DB wine cellar is equipped with a compressor and stirred cooling system that ensures a uniform temperature throughout the cellar, eliminating temperature variations that could adversely affect the quality and taste of the wine. The system also maintains stable humidity, preserving the corks and preventing oxidation of the wine. What's more, it operates silently at 37 decibels, guaranteeing optimum preservation of your wine collection without disturbing your environment.

Enhanced security:

If necessary, audible and visual alerts are built into the cellar to signal any problems, and can be programmed remotely in real time via the Vinotag app.

An anti-vibration system is also installed to protect the contents of the cellar. To preserve the quality and flavour of your bottles of wine, the cellar is fitted with a grey, triple-glazed low-e glass door with lock and integrated UV filter, as well as a child safety system for locking the control panel.
