Secure aging:

The MILLESIME190D cellar has a triple glazed door with "low-e glass" technology that provides excellent insulation and is also equipped with a lock. These cellars can be monitored remotely and send alerts to a smartphone or tablet in case of temperature fluctuations, the need to change the charcoal filter or if a door is left open.

Temperature control:

The MILLESIME190D double zone wine cellar has two storage rooms, the upper zone has an operating temperature range of 5°C to 12°C and the lower zone has an operating temperature range of 12°C to 20°C. Thanks to its different temperature zones, this cellar allows you to store different types of wine at optimal temperatures to preserve their aromas and quality, including keeping red wines at a slightly higher temperature than white and sparkling wines. The app will assist you in organizing your wine collection to maximize the available space and avoid temperature disturbances.

Inventoru management:

The MILLESIME190D wine cellar offers an exceptional wine storage experience. It is possible to use the Vinotag app to manage your bottle inventory remotely, and this app also offers the ability to view your bottle locations and receive alerts regarding your inventory and peak dates.

Adding a touch of modern sophistication to your wine cellar, the integrated LED side lighting on each side provides an exceptional view of your collection, highlighting each bottle for elegant presentation and allowing you to observe all the details with precision.

The cellars in the range are fitted with 5 solid, decay-resistant sapele wood shelves that can slide out to allow for head to toe storage or with visibility of wine bottle labels. This method of storage is ideal for preserving wine over a long period of time.

The multi-position racks allow you to personalise your wine storage with a display of your best labels. Store your bottles of wine in your own image.

This wine cellar also features a discreet integrated handle, charcoal filter, F rating and a low noise level of 38 decibels.

MILLESIME190D: the connected high-end aging wine cellar

Capacity:

The MILLESIME190D aging wine cellar is capable of storing up to 193 bottles of wine while reproducing the preservation conditions of a natural wine cellar. Thus, it allows the wine to age safely in optimal conditions until its peak.

The storage capacity of the cellar is expressed in the number of standard 750 ml bottles, here the MILLESIME190D provides 88 bottles for the upper part and 105 bottles for the lower part.

Accessories included:

The wine cellar is equipped with 3 solid sapele wood shelves that allow bottles to be stored in an upside down position, as well as 2 multi-positional shelves to optimise storage capacity (upside down storage) or to promote the display of labels (sideways storage). This offers great flexibility to showcase your wines. The shelves are sliding and have a safety device to prevent them from tipping over. Sapelli shelves are known for their ability to absorb vibrations, which guarantees optimal conservation of the wine by reducing the risk of turbidity. They also ensure even air circulation for efficient ventilation and a stable temperature throughout the cellar.

To ensure perfect stability of your wine cellar, it is equipped with 2 adjustable feet with a height of 1.5 cm each, as well as 2 castors for easy mobility to move the wine cellar if necessary. An activated carbon filter is included in the wine cellar to ensure clean air circulation inside, and to preserve the quality of your wine. The wine cellar also features a white LED light with a switch for easy viewing of your bottles.

Hygrometry:

In order to ensure optimal aging of the wine, it is crucial to maintain a controlled humidity level of between 50% and 80% to prevent the corks from drying out and affecting the quality of the wine.

Quiet and controlled cooling system:

The MILLESIME190D wine cellar is equipped with a compressed and stirred cooling system that ensures a uniform temperature throughout the cellar, thus eliminating temperature variations that could affect the quality and taste of the wine. The system also maintains a stable humidity, thus preserving the corks and preventing the oxidation of the wine. In addition, it operates silently at 38 decibels, ensuring optimal preservation of your wine collection without disturbing your environment.

Enhanced security:

If necessary, audible and visual alerts are integrated on the cellar to signal any problems, and can be programmed remotely in real time via the Vinotag app.

To protect the contents of the cellar, an anti-vibration system is also installed. To preserve the quality and flavor of your wine bottles, the cellar is equipped with a gray, triple-glazed low-e glass door with lock and integrated UV filter, as well as a child safety system for locking the control panel.
